Independent learning

Over the last few years I have been inching towards living into my desire to speak what I feel, and make decisions independent of an outside coercion. This is the inchworm in me: I move slowly and carry a heavy load on my way there. A load of emotions, baggage, fear, anger and self judgment. Here’s where I got:


I am taking the next month off from teaching to allow myself time to slow down, figure out how to self care, and breathe. A tornado of expectations and projections swept me off the ground about 5 years ago and I am trying to get out to find the ground again. Many of you I have told about this intention and I have received so much support and encouragement: thank you. I am grateful to have the ability to take time off without losing a job. I hope what I receive in this time of rest will benefit all my students and clients.
