Basic Forrest Yoga Class – 40 minutes


This class is designed for beginners with a basic foundation of yoga knowledge. Class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), warm up seated poses, abdominal work, sun salutations, standing poses with a gentle emphasis on shoulder opening, cool down, and svasana.
